The room is in a first floor flat in a small village just outside Wellington called Rockwell Green (7 miles from Taunton). There are 2 pubs, a fish and chip shop, post office and convenience store just up the road! Double room available, neutral wall colour, dark green carpet, double glazed with blind and curtains. Room contains a TV unit and wardrobe but no bed (may be able to get one). There is an ariel point in the bedroom and can sort out wi-fi for the flat if desired.

The front room is nice and cosy and the kitchen has all the usual amenities, which you would be free to use and is fairly large (with a small dining table in it). The bathroom also has the usual bath, loo and sink and also an electric shower.

I am a 25 year old female who works full time and have a 3 legged cat called Baby! She doesn't bite or scratch and keeps herself to herself! I am looking for someone reliable, preferably for a long term let. There is always parking available on the road outside. The flat has a fairly large garden and I want someone to come in and feel like it is their home and help to keep it clean and tidy.
